How long do yogurt parfaits last?
How to Make Grab and Go Yogurt Parfait Recipe:
- First, open the lids to the snack containers.
- Next, place yogurt, granola, berries, and dry-roasted chickpeas in each container.
- Finally, store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
How to get the kids involved with this recipe:
- Ages 2-3: Let them help pour the ingredients in each container.
- Ages 4-5: Let them help by measuring out the ingredients and stirring them together. Talk to them about fractions when using measuring cups.
- Ages 6-8: Let them practice measuring and pouring the ingredients.
- Ages 9-11: Supervise them while they prepare the entire recipe. Remember to have them read it twice before beginning the recipe.
- Ages 12+: Let them prepare the entire recipe, unsupervised, while you do the happy dance in the corner!

Absolutely! That’s a great idea for seminary…way better than the cereal and milk in a container I would take every day that would then be soggy but I would eat it anyways! LOL
