Instructions
- First, preheat your grill to medium heat. Then, prep the peaches by washing them, cutting them in half, and removing the pit.
- Next, lightly brush the peaches on the cut side with olive oil. Then oil the grill with the remaining olive oil.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and stir in sugar and cinnamon. Place the peaches on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Finally, slowly spoon the butter mixture over the grilled peaches. Serve with ice cream and caramel sauce.
Recipe Variations and Substitutions
While this is not a healthy recipe, there is an easy substitution to make this a healthy treat. You can make it healthy by skipping the butter, sugar, and cinnamon mixture after grilling the peaches. Then top with our Greek yogurt, granola, and a drizzle of honey!

Recipe FAQs
Your peaches should still be somewhat firm to the touch. If they are too soft, they are susceptible to burning easily instead of holding up under the heat. You can use yellow or white peaches in this recipe.
If the pit does not come out easily with a spoon when you slice it open, use a paring knife to cut around the pit to take it out gently.

- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
