How To Make Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
- First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Next, wash the mushrooms and pat them dry. Remove the stems from each mushroom.
- Add the cream cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Then, stuff each mushroom with the filling and set them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the mushrooms for forty-five minutes.
- Finally, allow the mushrooms to cool for five minutes, garnish with optional toppings, and serve.

Get Kids Involved

Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
- baking sheet

- 8 oz package cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 16 oz package bacon cooked drained and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped, green parts only
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 36-48 button mushrooms wash & remove stems
PREP OVEN AND BAKING SHEET:
- Move the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry, and remove the stems.
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
STUFF AND BAKE MUSHROOMS:
- Stuff the mushrooms with the filling and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
COOL AND SERVE:
- Cool the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and bacon, both optional, and serve.
