Pizza Rolls Recipe Questions Answered:
Are pizza rolls healthy?
There are about 220 calories and 9 grams of fat per serving. A serving size constitutes about 6 pizza rolls. While these are not the most healthy thing out there, throw in a salad and you’re good right?! If you are trying to eat a little healthier try substituting zucchini slices or whole-grain pita pockets for the dough.
What are pizza rolls made of?
A pizza roll is exactly what it sounds like. It is made of pizza dough with sauce and toppings of your choice such as cheese and pepperoni on the inside. Once the toppings are spread over the dough you roll up the dough and cut the dough into slices, therefore, creating your very own pizza rolls.
