Read twice but not sure if you remove the cream in the middle of the cookie. The mix in the food processor looks very dark….so wondering?
Jess Jankowski says
Hello, no you do not need to remove the cream in the middle of the cookie. That way you get the “cookies n cream” taste. The mixture will become dark from the outer cookie layers. Enjoy!
Vanessa says
So delicious and addictive! The best part is that they are easy enough for my kids to make…so they can make me treats for once haha.
Andrea says

Sounds awesome! Are there issues with the candy coating “sweating” when you remove them from the refrigerator and put them out to serve?
Jess Jankowski says
Hi Jill, we have not experienced any issues with that after they have hardened in the fridge. Hope you try them and enjoy!
