- 12 oz bag uncooked egg noodles
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup undiluted
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup milk whole or 2%

Instructions
COOK NOODLES:
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
PREP OVEN AND BAKING DISH:
- Move oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
ASSEMBLE CASSEROLE:
- In a large bowl whisk together soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings.
- Stir in ham, cooked noodles and 1 ½ cup shredded cheese until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
BAKE:
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and take the foil off and return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly.
SERVE:
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
