Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies Recipe FAQs
The sugar in the pudding helps create a super soft, creamy, and moist texture. We love adding the pudding mix to these chocolate chip cookies.
Instant pudding mix takes a few minutes and is ready to enjoy as soon as it is set. Regular pudding, in contrast, needs to cook and takes longer to set.
The ingredients make a big difference. Brown sugar creates a chewier cookie, while white sugar creates a crispier cookie. We have created the perfect balance in these cookies by using slightly more brown sugar than white sugar.
