BUTTER COATING:
- 8 Tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
CHEX MIX:
- 2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 2 cups Corn Chex Cereal
- 2 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
- ¾ cup pretzel rounds
- ¾ cup mini pretzels
- 1 ½ cup mixed nuts
Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN:
- Move the oven rack to the middle position and preheat to 300 degrees F.
MAKE BUTTER COATING:
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
MAKE CHEX MIX:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix cereal, pretzels, and nuts.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until combined.
- Spread the snack mix onto a rimmed baking sheet.
BAKE:
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, stir and rotate the pan halfway through baking.
COOL AND SERVE:
- Remove the Chex mix from the oven and cool on a wire rack until completely cooled. Serve.
