It is light, creamy, and refreshing. And the best part is this no-bake recipe will not heat your kitchen. It is perfect for making ahead for a holiday party, like Easter or the Fourth of July, or make it for a fun summer BBQ.
This recipe uses four simple ingredients. Grab some Jello, Cool Whip, a pre-made Graham Cracker pie crust, along with some water, and that is it.
The light and fluffy filling is made with a layer of strawberry Jello on top of a graham cracker crust, followed by a combination of Jello and Cool Whip and topped with more Cool Whip and fresh strawberry slices.

How To Make Strawberry Jello Pie

- First, whisk together the strawberry Jello and boiling water until the Jello is dissolved.
- Then, whisk in the ice-cold water.
- Next, pour ¼ cup of the Jello mixture into the graham cracker crust and let it chill in the fridge for thirty minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir the Cool Whip into the remaining Jello mixture and smooth the filling on top of the strawberry Jello layer.
- Chill the pie in the fridge for at least six hours.
- Finally, garnish the pie with whipped cream and strawberry slices.

Strawberry Jello uses artificial flavoring. The fresh flavor comes from adding fresh strawberry slices to the top of the pie before serving.
Get Kids Involved
Ages 2-3: As you cut the pie slices, ask your little one to count the number of slices with you.
Ages 4-5: Use this opportunity to introduce your child to fractions. As you cut the pie slices and place them on a plate, you can use this visual to show what ¼ of the pie looks like versus ½ the pie, etc.

- ⅔ cup boiling water
- 1 cup icy cold water
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust
TOPPINGS (both optional):

Instructions
MAKE PIE:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together strawberry Jello and boiling water until the Jello is fully dissolved.
- Next, whisk the ice-cold water into the Jello mixture.
- Pour ¼ cup of the Jello mixture into the bottom of your prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust and chill for 30 minutes.
- While you wait for the Jello to chill, stir the Cool Whip into the remaining Jello mixture until fully incorporated. You don’t want to wait to do this because the Jello will set up.
- Smooth the filling on top of the strawberry Jello layer.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
GARNISH AND SERVE:
- Garnish the pie with whipped cream and strawberry slices (both optional) and serve.
