Instructions
MAKE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft and creamy.
- Add mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix and combine well.
ASSEMBLE PINWHEELS:
- Add cream cheese mixture to tortilla. A small cookie dough scoop works well.
- Spread the filling out evenly.
- Add a thin layer of lettuce on the whole tortilla.
- Layer the ham, turkey and cheese, adding it to one side of the tortilla. This makes rolling easier.
- Tightly roll tortilla.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
CHILL:
- Chill the pinwheels for at least 30 minutes.
TO FINISH:
- Slice into pieces about ½ inch thick, you should get about 8 slices from each tortilla.
