Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3.4 oz package of butterscotch pudding mix
Instructions
MAKE ICE CREAM:
- Whip the heavy cream until it has formed stiff peaks.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch pudding mix until combined and no dry pockets of pudding mix remain.
FREEZE ICE CREAM:
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan and allow it to sit in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until the center of the pan is fully set.
SERVE:
- Scoop and enjoy!

Hi Linda, we do not have a recipe at this time for banana ice cream and haven’t tested it with this recipe but we think that may work. We are just not sure how strong the banana flavor will be.
