INGREDIENTS
- First, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese for about one minute, or until it is smooth.
- Next, add in the sugars and molasses and continue beating until smooth.
- Then add in the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Finally, fold in the Cool Whip.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with sprinkles (optional). Serve with graham crackers.

- You can substitute freshly whipped cream for the Cool Whip. Whip 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks to yield about 1 ½ cups.

- 3 Tablespoons molasses

Instructions
MAKE DIP:
- In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Turn off the mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and add in the sugars and molasses.
- Beat on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute.
- Next, add the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until just combined.
- Finally, use a rubber scraper to fold in the Cool Whip.
SERVE:
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill until you’re ready to serve.
- Serve with graham crackers.
