Instructions
MAKE DIP:
In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute.
Turn off the mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and add in the sugars and molasses.
Beat on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute.
Next, add the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until just combined.
Finally, use a rubber scraper to fold in the Cool Whip.
SERVE:
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill until you’re ready to serve.
Serve with graham crackers.
Notes
The dip can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
