Storage Tips
SERVE: You’ll want to serve these right away before they melt.

Recipe Variations and Substitutions
- Add some fresh strawberries, bananas, or peaches for a fun twist and additional flavor.
- Also, you can use lime or orange juice instead of lemon juice. If you use orange juice, then you will want to omit the granulated sugar.
- I also add various flavored syrups, such as orange, strawberry, raspberry, etc, for more fun flavor twists.

I wanted to use things I have in hand so I used a whole lemon (peel and all), whipping cream, agave nectar and ice. It was awesome and I could control my sugars too. Thanks for the inspiration!
Jess Jankowski says
We love that you used what you had on hand and made it your own!
Jen says
Can’t believe how easy this was to make and it came out just as good as the Chick-fil-A one! I used less ice cream because mine was way to hard to scoop, but it came out good. I’m so mad that we use to spend so much money on something that was so easy to make at home.
Jess Jankowski says
Yay Jen! We love that you love this as much as we do! Here’s to saving money in the future!!
