How To Make Grilled S’mores
Layer the graham cracker, followed by the chocolate, marshmallows, and another graham cracker square. Let me show you how.
- Break graham crackers in half and set a square on each piece of foil.
- Add a hershey chocolate square.
- Add a marshmallow.

- Top with a graham cracker square.
- Wrap in a foil packet and set on the grill over indirect heat.
- Cook for four to five minutes, remove the foil and serve.

Recipe Tip
If you like your s’mores extra gooey, leave them in the foil for an additional minute after removing them from the grill. This gives them another minute to melt together, creating the perfect bite.
