Grilled S’mores
Enjoy melty s’mores without the mess. Made with only three ingredients, this is the perfect grilling treat.

- 8 graham crackers broken in half to make 8 s’mores
- 8 regular size marshmallows
- 4 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars broken in half to make 8
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Lay down 8 pieces of aluminum foil on the counter.
Break graham crackers in half and place a cracker square onto each piece of foil.
Add a chocolate square.
Then, add a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Top with remaining graham cracker squares.
Wrap each s’more with foil.
Place the foil packets on the grill in indirect heat.
Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the marshmallow is soft and the chocolate is melted.
Remove the foil packets from the grill, unwrap the s’mores, and serve immediately.
STORE: These s'mores are best when enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, wrap them in foil and store at room temperature for up to twenty-four hours.
REHEAT: Place the foil packets on the grill to reheat the chocolate and marshmallows. Or set them in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes.
FREEZE: Do not freeze the grilled s'mores, as this will alter their texture. You can prepare the s'mores, wrap them in foil, and freeze them for up to one month, and grill as directed when ready.
