Equipment

  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Liquid measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen acai or mix in any frozen fruit I used Acai and Dragon Fruit
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt I used Ancient Greek Original
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder I used Optimum Nutrition Whey
  • 1 cup Almond milk I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk

Optional Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Sliced Banana Strawberry, Mango, Berries
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Peanut Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Honey or Agave

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender
  • Blend until completely smooth, and all chunks are gone.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami containers.
  • Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Process on the Soft Ice Cream setting, then scoop into individual bowls.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy every yummy bite!

Notes

Store: These bowls will stay fresh in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
If you do not have a Ninja Creami, you can still make this recipe by placing the mixture in airtight containers, freezing them, and then running hot water over the outside of the frozen containers to loosen before scooping and serving.
