Distribute all of the ingredients except the apple juice and chia seeds into 6 quart-sized Ziploc bags.
Place the Ziploc bags into the freezer.
Pour ½ cup of apple juice into a blender.

Pour into a glass. Serve and Enjoy!
Repeat the steps with the remaining frozen packs and apple juice.
- You can make this smoothie without freezing it into Ziploc bags first. Just add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend before serving.
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the banana, the sweeter the banana.
- Use a high-speed blender for the best results. A good blender is what really gives the smoothie that smooth, creamy texture.
