Ingredients

  • 20 oz can chopped pineapple undrained
  • 3.4 oz box instant cheesecake pudding
  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans toasted
  • cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 2 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

MAKE FLUFF:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix. Mix until well combined.
  • Mix in mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, cottage cheese, and chopped maraschino cherries.
  • Fold in Cool Whip using a rubber spatula.

CHILL AND SERVE:

  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
