Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  • Fruit of choice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil, about 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes, or until it thickens. Make sure to stir it occasionally.
  • Serve with desired fruit and enjoy!
