- 1 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
- 3 Tablespoons Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil, about 2 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes, or until it thickens. Make sure to stir it occasionally.
