- 2 pounds pizza dough homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Toppins

Preheat the grill to high heat.
Divide the dough in half and roll and stretch each dough into a round shape, about ¼ inch thick.
Place the dough rounds directly onto a preheated grill with oiled grates, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred and crisp.
Remove the pizza crusts from the grill and place them on baking sheets or pizza peels.
Spread pizza sauce onto the crusts, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle about 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add desired toppings.
Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to the pizzas.
Return the pizzas to the grill, close the lid, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the toppings are lightly browned.
Remove the pizzas from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
