Storage Tips

  • Store: Leftover brats can be refrigerated for up to 4 days. For best results, store them in an airtight container or a resealable bag to prevent them from drying out.
  • Reheat: To reheat leftover brats, wrap them in aluminum foil and place them in a preheated 350°F oven for about 8 minutes or until warmed through.

Recipe Tips

  • Cook over medium heat.
  • Turn the brats frequently while grilling.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the brats are at a safe internal temperature.
  • Season the vegetables well.
  • You can also use a grill pan to cook the vegetables.
