Ingredients

  • 4 cups white Chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 28 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides.
  • Add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a large, heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir consistently until the chips are almost melted.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until the white chocolate mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the salt, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
  • Spread the fudge in an even layer into the prepared pan.
  • Chill for 2-3 hours or until set.
  • Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
  • Cut the fudge into 32 squares.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
