Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops

RUB:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

PREP THE OVEN AND BAKING SHEET:

  • Set your oven rack in the middle and preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

MAKE THE RUB:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano until well combined.

SEASON THE PORK CHOPS:

  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of each pork chop, then evenly coat them with the seasoning blend.

BAKE:

  • Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on their thickness. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

REST AND SERVE:

  • Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
