Grilled Potatoes in Foil take just 30 minutes to make. Everyone loves them, especially when they can choose their toppings like sour cream, chives, cheese, and bacon!
Preheat the grill to medium heat and close the lid. Place six pieces of heavy-duty foil on the counter and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl add potatoes, butter, and Ranch seasoning and toss to coat.
Divide the potato mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
Fold the foil to seal the potatoes. Add the foil packets to the grill and close the grill lid. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Open the foil packets and serve with sour cream and chopped chives (both optional).
Notes
This recipe doubles nicely. Just make sure you divide the potatoes into 12 foil packets. Grilling to potatoes in individual packets will ensure that they cook evenly.
