Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add carrots, water, butter, and brown sugar to a large pot. Heat over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.
