CASSEROLE:
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
- 2 cups ham cooked and diced
- 2 cans 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese shredded
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
TOPPING:
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
PREP OVEN AND BAKING DISH:
Move the oven rack to the middle position.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
ASSEMBLE CASSEROLE:
Cut chicken and ham and add to the prepared baking dish.
Whisk together soup, sour cream, mustard, and seasonings in a large bowl.
When the noodles are cooked, rinse in cold water.
Stir noodles into sauce.
Then stir in the cheese.
