ASSEMBLE SLIDERS:
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half long ways.
Place the bottom of the rolls in a 9x13 cookie sheet or baking dish.
Layer the sliced cheese, eggs, sausage, and shredded cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls on top to make the slider.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place in a small bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave for 10-second increments.
Add ¼ cup of maple syrup to 3 tablespoons of butter. Mix until combined.
Baste the butter and syrup mixture on top of the sliders with a pastry brush.
Sprinkle the poppy seeds on top.
Lightly cover the sliders with aluminum foil.
