- 8 oz package cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 16 oz package bacon cooked drained and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped, green parts only
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 36-48 button mushrooms wash & remove stems
