PREP OVEN AND BAKING DISH:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 13x9 baking dish with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.

MAKE FILLING:

  • Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl until the chicken is coated with the sauce.

PREP ROLLS:

  • Using a long serrated knife, slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Place the bottom side of the rolls in the prepared pan.

ASSEMBLE:

  • Add about 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the rolls.
  • Add the chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  • Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup.
  • Stir in parsley flakes and garlic powder.
  • Brush the rolls with the butter mixture.

BAKE SLIDERS:

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for 4-5 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

SERVE:

  • Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
