Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

FOR SERVING:

  • Fruit for serving such as berries, kiwi, and apples

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, yogurt, and honey to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Beat with handheld beaters on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and continue to beat until combined, about 10 seconds. (optional)

Notes

  • To make this dip healthier, use light cream cheese or Neufchatel, but please don’t use fat-free cream cheese.
  • You can also use non-fat Greek yogurt or low-fat Greek yogurt. Also, you can use flavored Greek yogurts, too.
  • The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • This dip is also great with pretzels or cinnamon sugar pita chips.
