Oven Baked Salmon in 20 Minutes

"This was so moist and delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning."


– Salmon fillets – Extra virgin olive oil – Salt – Pepper – Lemon


Make 4 or 5 shallow cuts about 1 inch apart along the skin side of each piece of salmon.


Pat salmon dry with paper towels, rub with 1 tablespoon olive oil each, and season with salt and pepper.


Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Roast until the thickest part of fillets registers 125 degrees, 9 to 13 minutes.


Transfer salmon to platter. Serve with lemon wedges.
