Grilling peaches enhances their sweetness. Topping them with a brown sugar butter mixture creates a carmelized topping that makes every bite seem magical.
Wash the peaches and then cut them in half, and remove the pit. Use olive oil to brush the peaches on the cut side lightly. Place the peaches on oiled grill cut side down, cook for 8-10 min.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon to melted butter. Remove peaches from grill and place them on a baking sheet. Spoon butter mixture over peaches slowly, so it soaks in. Serve with ice cream and caramel!
