Make dough as per Pepperoni Pizza Dough recipe.
Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray and set aside. After the dough rises for 20 minutes punch it down and divide it into 2.
Working with 1 piece of dough at a time, roll the dough into a 14x10-inch rectangle.
Spread ½ jar of sauce over the dough and sprinkle 2 cups of cheese evenly over dough. Follow it with half of the pepperoni.
Starting on one of the long sides, roll the dough up cinnamon-roll style, and pinch the seam together to seal.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces. Place each piece on the prepared baking sheet.
Place a clean towel over the pizza rolls, and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Once the oven preheats, bake the pizza rolls for 15-20 minutes.
While the pizza rolls bake, heat the remaining jar of pizza sauce over low heat.
Serve the rolls warm with warmed pizza sauce for dipping sauce.
