Grilled Peaches

These Grilled Peaches are easy to make and delicious on their own or served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 peaches firm but ripe
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

FOR SERVING:

  • 1 48 oz container vanilla ice cream optional
  • ½ cup caramel sauce optional

Instructions

PREP PEACHES AND GRILL:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Wash the peaches and then cut them in half, and remove the pit.

  • Use 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to brush the peaches on the cut side lightly.

  • Oil the grill with the remaining 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.

GRILL PEACHES:

  • Place the peaches on the grill cut side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  • While peaches are cooking, melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
    ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Stir in sugar and cinnamon
    ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Remove peaches from the grill and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.
    6 peaches

SERVE:

  • Spoon butter mixture over peaches slowly, so it soaks in
    ½ cup unsalted butter, ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Serve immediately with ice cream and caramel sauce.

  • Store leftover peaches in the refrigerator.
