Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • mixing spoon
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 48 Oreo cookies
  • 1 ½ pound package white chocolate Almond Bark
  • Sprinkles optional
  • Gel Food Coloring optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package directions.
  • Dip the Oreos one at a time into the melted chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  • Place the dipped Oreos on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Let the Oreos sit at room temperature for 60 minutes, or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
  • Store the chocolate-dipped Oreos in the fridge or at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • If you can’t find almond bark in the grocery store (sometimes called “coating chocolate”), you can also use chocolate melting wafers.
  • You can add food coloring to white chocolate bark or purchase already dyed wafers from most craft stores.
  • If your chocolate is too thick, try thinning it with 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening.
  • Make sure to use gel food coloring if you want to dye the chocolate! I used 3 drops of neon pink in this recipe.
