Ingredients

  • 3 pounds russet potatoes scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 6 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch seasoning powder

FOR SERVING(optional):

  • sour cream
  • chopped fresh chives
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • crumbled bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and close the lid. Place six pieces of heavy-duty foil on the counter and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl add potatoes, butter, and Ranch seasoning and toss to coat.

  • Fold the foil to seal the potatoes. Add the foil packets to the grill and close the grill lid. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

This recipe doubles nicely. Just make sure you divide the potatoes into 12 foil packets. Grilling to potatoes in individual packets will ensure that they cook evenly.
