Instructions
ASSEMBLE DIP:
Add cream cheese to the bottom of the crockpot in an even layer.
Add chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, ½ cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
COOK:
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Top with remaining cheese, cover and continue cooking for 15-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and the dip is smooth.
SERVE:
Serve with green onions, blue cheese crumbles, celery, carrots and crackers (all optional).
Notes
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
