Peppermint Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 ounce container Cool Whip
  • ½ cup chopped peppermint candy discs or candy canes plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips roughly chopped, plus more for garnish

FOR SERVING:

  • Chocolate Covered Pretzels
  • Chocolate Graham Crackers

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, for about 1 minute, using a stand mixer or a handheld mixer.
  • After adding in the sugar and peppermint extract, beat again for about 30 seconds until smooth and combined.
  • Add in the Cool Whip and beat for 1 minute until combined.
  • Fold in the chopped peppermint candies and white chocolate chips.
  • Place the dip in a serving bowl.
  • Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately.

Notes

  • The dip can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
