MARINATE PORK:

  • Add pork to a resealable bag or container.
  • Pour marinade over pork, seal, and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
  • Remove pork, discard the marinade, and allow the pork to come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

PREP GRILL:

  • Turn the gas grill on HIGH and close the lid. Preheat the grill for 15 minutes before putting the pork chops on.
  • Scrape and oil the grill grates. Turn off all of the burners except for the main burner; keep that one on medium-high.

GRILL PORK CHOPS:

  • Place pork chops on the hottest part of the grill and cook, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes.
  • Turn pork chops and cook until browned on the second side, about 5-6 minutes longer, or until the pork registers 140 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
  • Move pork chops off the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
