Baked Chicken Wings and Dipping Sauces

Ingredients

CHICKEN WINGS:

  • 4 pounds chicken wings thawed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

HONEY BBQ SAUCE:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

SWEET AND TANGY SAUCE:

  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

SPICY ASIAN SAUCE:

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger finely chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

PREP OVEN AND PAN:

  • Move the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

MAKE SEASONING MIX:

  • Combine salt, seasoned salt, paprika, black pepper, parsley, and onion powder in a small bowl.

PREP WINGS:

  • Clean wings and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the wings with olive oil. Toss the wings with your hands until all of the wings are coated.
  • Lay wings in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle one side of the wings with half of the seasoning mix, then flip the wings over and add the remaining seasoning mix.

BAKE:

  • Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes or until browned.

MAKE SAUCES:

  • While the wings are baking, mix the sauces in three separate bowls.

SERVE:

  • Serve the wings immediately with the dipping sauces.
