Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • 1 pound chocolate almond bark
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Holiday sprinkles about 1 ounce

Instructions

PREP CANDY:

  • Break almond bark into pieces and place in a crockpot along with chocolate chips.
  • Add peanuts and peanut butter and stir to combine.

COOK:

  • Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes, stir.
  • Continue cooking for 15-30 minutes, and then stir again. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, you are done cooking.

PREP FOR FORMING CANDY:

  • While the candy melts, line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Get sprinkles and spoons ready for forming the candy.

FORM CANDY:

  • Use 2 spoons or a cookie scoop to spoon the chocolate and peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Immediately add sprinkles.

SET CANDY:

  • Let the candy set to harden, about 1-2 hours. Placing the candy in the refrigerator will speed up the process.
