PREP OVEN AND BAKING SHEET:

  • Move oven rack to the middle position.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray the sheet with a cooking spray.

MAKE MEATBALL MIXTURE:

  • Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the mixture and gently mix until combined.

FORM MEATBALLS:

  • Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the meatballs with olive oil using a pastry brush.

BAKE:

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes or until they are browned and cooked.
  • Check the internal temperature with a thermometer to ensure it reaches 165 degrees.

SERVE:

  • Serve the meatballs hot over pasta, with garlic bread or a vegetable like roasted broccoli. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil, optional.
