Instructions

MAKE OATMEAL MIXTURE:

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend together the oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 3 cups of almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
  • Gently pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the oats mixture and mix until thoroughly incorporated.

CHILL OVERNIGHT:

  • Transfer the oats into six glass storage containers and place it in the refrigerator overnight to allow it to set.

TO FINISH:

  • The following morning, take out the glass containers as needed from the refrigerator and give the overnight oats one final stir.
  • If you desire a smoother consistency, add the extra almond milk as needed and stir. This will lend a more traditional "oatmeal" texture.
  • Serve the prepared oats either cold or warm, topped with your favorite toppings.
