PREP OVEN:

  • Move oven rack to the middle position.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

PREP PAN:

  • Lightly spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

MAKE CASSEROLE FILLING:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth and butter to boil.
  • Stir in stuffing mix, cover and remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 minutes, and fluff with fork.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together soups and sour cream.
  • Fold in chicken and vegetables.
  • Pour into prepared baking dish.
  • Spread stuffing in an even layer on top,

BAKE:

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until stuffing is browned and mixture is bubbly.

COOL AND SERVE:

  • Cool for 5 minutes and then serve.
