PREP SHRIMP:

MAKE MARINADE:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper for the marinade.

MARINATE SHRIMP:

  • Pour marinade over shrimp, gently shake or massage to distribute marinade.
  • Place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes, turning bag once.

GRILL SHRIMP:

  • Heat the grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees, on a gas grill.
  • Place shrimp on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink.
  • In a small bowl, combine ingredients for garlic butter.

SERVE:

  • Serve the shrimp with garlic butter.
