- 1 tube fluffy biscuits
- 1 cup ham diced or deli sliced ham
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
ASSEMBLE HOT POCKETS:
Press each biscuit out to make a larger round.
Add half a piece of cheese.
Then add about 1-2 tablespoons of ham or a couple of slices if using deli ham.
Add another half a piece of cheese.
Fold the biscuit in half, pressing the ends together.
Use a fork to crimp the edges together.
EGG WASH AND TOPPING:
Whisk together an egg and one tablespoon of water in a small bowl.
In another small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
Brush egg wash on each biscuit and sprinkle with parmesan cheese mixture.
