- 10 Italian sausages hot or mild
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 10 Hoagie rolls or large hot dog buns
