- 12 oz bag uncooked egg noodles
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup undiluted
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup milk whole or 2%
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked ham diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
PREP OVEN AND BAKING DISH:
ASSEMBLE CASSEROLE:
In a large bowl whisk together soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings.
Stir in ham, cooked noodles and 1 ½ cup shredded cheese until well blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
