1poundbreakfast or hot pork sausage
1cupmilk
1Tablespooncornstarch
1Tablespoontaco seasoning
10ouncecan Rotel with jalapenosif not jalapenos, then chiles, drained
Preheat a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and break the meat apart with the back of a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, and then drain off fat.
While the sausage cooks, add cornstarch to a small bowl with 2 Tablespoons of milk. Use a fork to mix together and set aside.
Add taco seasoning, drained Rotel, cream cheese, cheddar, milk, and cornstarch mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined about 2-4 minutes.
Pour dip into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Instead of breakfast or hot pork sausage, you can use ground Italian sausage or ground beef.
